Icon Films achieves Commitment Level in Workplace Wellbeing Charter

The National Workplace Wellbeing Charter Awards recognise good practice in promoting staff health and wellbeing.

The Charter is a voluntary scheme run by Bristol City Council

More than 30,000 people in Bristol now work for employers who have signed up to the workplace wellbeing charter including a wide range of organisations of every size in the public, private, voluntary and community sectors.

Icon Films has been accredited, under the 2014 - 15 scheme, Commitment Level in the standards of Leadership, Absence Management, Health & Safety, Mental Health, Physical Activity and Healthy Eating.

'We found the Wellbeing Charter extremely helpful in focusing on important issues around wellbeing in the workplace - it is a thought provoking initiative.  We are fully committed to the initiative and continue to work to ensure we go beyond our currently achieved commitment level in all standards' says Lynne Butler, HR Manager Icon Films
